About Me

I like to think I've always been an entrepreneur. I sold chocolates through my school and cookies through girl scouts. When my parents had a garage sale, I held a lemonade stand in front. Starting my own business, however, is a much bigger endeavor than anything I've attempted before.
I first started baking when I was around two years old. I can still remember waking my father up early Saturday morning so we could make pancakes. Every time I saw my grandmother, we'd make cookies, pies or mandelbread, so there's no question of where my love of baking stems from.
In order to qualify as a Cottage Food Business, I had to earn my food handler's license and learn about the laws that regulate the Cottage Food Industry. Now I'm working on outreach and hoping I can bring joy to people through my baking.
